CERTIFIED LAUGHTER YOGA LEADER

Hey I did it.. Last weekend, in the sweltering Toronto heat, I met with a few Americans and a couple of Canucks in a hotel on the lakeshore, and while the rest of the Torontians, rode their bikes,roller bladed, drove by or tanned themselves at the beach in front of , we were learning the business of Laughter.

Sailboats dotted the blue/grey water and we laughed...and we laughed and then we laughed.. Funny or not, simulated laughter eventually does become REAL laughter and if not, the benefits are the same.
